ok updating perkembangan berat akak yer,,,
alhamdulillah turun lagi walaupon tak banyak tapi dah cukup memuaskan hati akak..
berat asal – 64kg
5 hari pertama – turun 4kg
5 hari kedua – tak turun
#baca sini kenapa berat akak tak turun
5 hari ketiga – turun 2kg
total turun dalam masa 15hari= 6kg
berat sekarang = berat semasa kahwin hehe= 58kg..jadi baju kawin [...]
